The executive branch consists of the President, Vice President and the Cabinet members.
PRESIDENT:
The president is the leader of this branch. He is the leader of the U.S government, head of state and is the head of the commander in chief of the U.S armed forces.
The important power of the President is to sign legislation from congress to a law or can Veto it. The vetoed law can still become a law if 2/3 of both the houses vote to overturn the veto.
The president also has too enforce and implement the laws set by the Congress , diplomacy with other nations, signing treaties and the power to grant pardons to criminals of federal crimes.
VICE PRESIDENT:
The vice president is next in place for president if anything were to happen to the president.
He also votes in case there is a tie in a senate election.
He is also the advises the president.
CABINET:
The cabinet consists of the heads of 15 different departments who are approved by the senate.

- Natural born Us citizen
- Resident of the US for 14 years of age.
